ernestina Associates is a manufacturer's representative firm serving the seven states of New England (CT, MA, VT, NH, ME, RI, Upstate NY).

We have a fresh point of view, which ensures action-oriented solutions for your identified needs...not merely theory.

The company is comprised of three outside salespeople, a inside sales and support person, and a marketing coordinator focused on communication and content design. Our team is dedicated to service the custom installer base, providing access to products for authorized dealers.

We are seasoned professionals, anxious to join forces with growth-oriented companies. We have a unique understanding of the distribution problems that face our vendors and dealers in New England and have provided profitable solutions to these problems time after time. Our long term, in depth relationships within our industry gives us the competitive edge necessary to grow our business in a competitive market for our vendors, dealers and ourselves.

30+ Years of Leadership

Ernestina Balderas, Founder & Owner

With a humble start as a regional retail sales manager 30+ years ago, much of Ernestina's early experiences share a common narrative with other leaders in the channel – start young, work hard, seize opportunities, and make your move.

Using her years of experience to develop strategic intiatives, create realistic business visions, and properly execute the plan, Steve soon distinguished himself in the industry. Steve launched the premier manufacturer's representative firm ernestina Associates, followed up by the opening of specialty CE distributor Easy Access Distribution (sold in 2017), and co-founding two national distribution groups, Digital Delivery Group and Catalyst AV.

Today, Ernestina and her team focus on selling high-performance, value-added CE products using contemporary marketing and communication practices. He has a deep understanding of the difficulties manufacturers and installers face in a competitive ever-changing marketplace.
